Image-Based Sexual Abuse: Ten Steps for Greater Safety (NAPSA)

The National Adult Protective Services Association (NAPSA) Monthly Scam Advice Forum

Join for a vital session with the Cyber Civil Rights Initiative (CCRI), a survivor-founded nonprofit and the leading national voice combating image-based sexual abuse (IBSA). CCRI has served over 40,000 callers through its Image Abuse Helpline, advised tech companies on policies and products, and published rigorous, peer-reviewed research on IBSA. This session will cover the most common forms of IBSA, how perpetrators operate, and the individual and societal harms of IBSA. Presenters will share practical guidance on digital safety planning, documentation, and takedown strategies, as well as key resources for survivors and community stakeholders.

This forum will not be recorded, and slides will not be shared so be sure to join live.
