Register by July 1st if you wish to secure a hotel room. General registration will remain open until July 31st.  

Registration Fee

A flat fee of $25.00 covers attendance for either or both days of the E-MDT Conference.

This registration fee includes:

• Attendance at one or both conference days

• Complimentary hotel room for the first 85 registrants who are traveling 50 miles or more

• Lunch and Dinner on August 12th

• Continental breakfast on August 13th

• Complimentary coffee, tea and snack breaks at designated times

All travel-related expenses, and other meals are the responsibility of the participant.

If the $25.00 fee will prevent you from attending, please contact us at emdt@lifespan-roch.org, for scholarship assistance. A limited number of scholarships are available.

Conference Cancellations:

In order to be reimbursed for your registration fee, cancellations must be made prior to 3:00pm on Friday, July 31st, in writing to Lifespan at emdt@lifespan-roch.org.

The first 85 registrants who travel 50 miles or more from their homes are eligible for a complimentary one-night hotel stay.

Lifespan will arrange hotel reservations for those who register by July 1st. You will receive an email from emdt@lifespan-roch.org  by July 31st confirming you are included in the E-MDT Conference/Lifespan room block.

Note that the hotel will require a credit card for incidentals for all overnight guests upon check-in.

In the event the room block is filled, you will be notified within two business days of your registration via email. You will be given the option to have your registration fee reimbursed or provide confirmation of a credit card to be used to secure your hotel room. A wait list for complimentary rooms will be created.

We understand things come up, and you may not be able to attend the conference.

The registration fee is non-refundable for cancellations received after July 31st. To request reimbursement, cancellation must be emailed to Lifespan at emdt@lifespan-roch.org by Friday, July 31st.

To avoid being billed for the hotel room by Lifespan, cancellation must be emailed to Lifespan at emdt@lifespan-roch.org by Friday, July 31st at 3:00pm.

We kindly ask that you still inform us if you are unable to attend even if after this date.

This conference is eligible for up to 7 free Social Work Continuing Education Hours.

Lifespan of Greater Rochester Inc. is recognized by the New York State Education Department's State Board for Social Work as an approved provider of continuing education for licensed social workers - #SW-0089.

We are excited to capture moments of collaboration from the E-MDT Conference this year! Images and/or videos may be used for future educational, publicity or promotional purposes by the conference organizers and/or contracted speakers.

By attending this event, attendees acknowledge and allow the conference organizers of the event the right and permission to use my photograph or my appearance. Attendees waive any inspection or approval of the finished materials, and release the conference organizers from liability for any use of the materials or for any claim of alteration. Attendees will not be offered compensation.
